Terms of Use

Scope

These terms govern the use of the ConIQ Filo app and the ConIQ panel provided by ETSE Teknoloji A.Ş. ("ETSE"). The service is provided to companies that have a contract with ETSE and to users they authorise. Fees and service terms are set out in the contract with your company, which prevails if it conflicts with these terms.

By using the app, you accept these terms.

Your account

Accounts are opened by your company or by ETSE. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential.

Rules of use

When using the service, you agree not to:

• Try to access data or accounts you are not authorised to access
• Copy, modify or reverse engineer the software
• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Remove or interfere with tracking devices without permission

Data and rights

Machine data belongs to your company and is exported or deleted on request when the contract ends. Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy. All rights in the software and brand belong to ETSE.

Liability

Location and machine data may be delayed or inaccurate depending on network and device conditions, and alerts are for information only. ConIQ is not an occupational safety or emergency system.

To the extent permitted by law, ETSE is not liable for indirect damage; liability for intent and gross negligence is unaffected.

App stores

These terms are between ETSE and you only. Apple and Google are not parties to them and are not responsible for maintaining or supporting the app. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms.

Governing law and contact
